Order Processing & Shipping

Order Processing is the first step in order fulfillment, involving tasks like payment verification to ensure efficient order management.

Order processing and fulfilling takes 7-12 business days.

Our operations, customer service, and order fulfillment run on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that fall on weekdays. Estimated shipping, delivery, and processing times are based on business days, so please consider this when planning your order or contacting customer support.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: After placing your order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with your order number, details, estimated shipping window, and other relevant information.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please note, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

ORDER TRACKING: To track your package, click the link in your shipping confirmation email or enter the tracking number.
You can also login or create an account with us to track and manage all of your orders with us.

We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accurate delivery. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the address to prevent delivery disputes and ensure verification.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with us, beauties! Please note, we do not issue refunds if our Store Policies, including Shipping, Tracking, Fulfillment, Returns, and Cancellations, were not reviewed before purchase. See our Returns and Refunds Policy below:

All wig units and custom made items, are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review details carefully before ordering.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies to all returns due to order customizations.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers cover return shipping unless it's our error or a defective product.
  • Clearance Items: Final sale; no refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

If your order is eligible for a return and you agree to the above terms, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to request a return and receive the return shipping address.
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, including all accessories and other original contents.
  • Return the item using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking details with us. Consider adding shipping insurance to safeguard against loss or damage.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

  • Refunds: If eligible, a refund will be issued within 1 business day, minus a 20% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will start the exchange process on the next business day after inspection.

    Please note that this begins a new fulfillment cycle, and the time for processing, fulfillment, and shipping of the replacement may differ from the original order due to factors like product availability, customization, and chosen shipping method.

    We aim to make the exchange as quick as possible and will keep you updated, including tracking information once the replacement is shipped.

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at info@labellahairstore.com with photos if there are issues.

Items must be unused and in original condition for eligibility. After inspection, we'll notify you of approval or rejection of your return, and process an exchange or refund if approved. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Order cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase with a detailed explanation. Full refunds, minus transaction fees, will be processed within 1-5 business days.

Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 20% restocking fee due to custom specifications.

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank or credit card account for updates, as processing times can vary. If there’s still an issue, contact us for assistance.

Hair Specifications

Raw hair refers to human hair that has not been processed in any way. It is collected directly from the donor and remains in its natural state, with the cuticles still intact and aligned in the same direction. This hair is free of chemicals, dyes, or treatments like perming or bleaching, which are commonly used in processed hair. Raw hair is considered the highest quality because it is in its purest form, maintaining strength, shine, and natural texture. It is prized for its durability and ability to blend well with natural hair.

Our hair extensions are free from shedding and tangling.

The weight of each bundle is between 3.5 and 4.0 oz.
